The day when everything goes wrong...

Alarm didn't go off
Overslept
X doesn't love me :(
Maid didn't turn up
Forgot to mark boss an imp mail
Client went berserk (later found out her mom-in-law has come to visit for 2 days)
Dropped and spilled my lunch
Have a mountain of work piling up on my desk on a Friday and all I am doing is writing this post and staring moodily out of my window...
And its not even 4pm yet.
Eeeeeeeeeeeeee!
 

Profound Truths

While fighting with Y over remote:

You find stuff on TV interesting only when others are already watching something else on it...

Worries on turning 30!

- What if my sex drive dives? (I really like having sex)

- Is it the water, my hormones, stress or just growing 30 that is making my hair fall? (it is next in my most worried about list, beaten only by a fear of all my teeth falling out)

- All my relatives will pester me for my biological clock and how it is ticking and how should I squeeze out a couple of brats (no, thank you) before my uterus shuts down. I have enough worries juggling X, Y, job, boss to worry about having issues with my fertility

- Wrinkles

- Parents (they ARE growing old)

- Should I buy a car? (I know it is random but till now I have been like champion of using public transport due to some twisted eco reason I have)

- Is eating all that Chinese good for my skin? (as you grow older you have to seriously ponder over these questions)

- How to unsleep myself from the bed every morning for that forever pending jog?

- Will X love me? (I don’t think he does, but since we are talking worries, WTH)

- Will Y love me?

- Will I love anyone of these back?



It’s a long list and I just have 3 months to figure out the answers…fuuuuuuuu#%!

Here I am sitting in my office with head in my hands toying with a piece of news that won't even make a snippet forget 'news' and my phone rings

Boss: "He wants a big splash tomorrow"
Me: "Um."
Boss: "You know what that means?"
Me: "Yeah, he should have given me his nude pic to publish"
